CLARIFICATIONS ON MIGRATION AMNESTY in Kyrgyzstan in March 2019

For citizens who are on the "BLACK LIST"
For citizens who are in the Russian Federation with violations of "ILLEGAL IMMIGRANTS" CHECK
WHO FALLS UNDER THE AMNESTY FROM THE "BLACK LIST":
1. Entry ban under subclauses 4 and 8 of Article 26-may enter from May 1
2. Entry ban clauses 2, 9, 10 of Article 26 - will not be able to enter until the end of the ban period.
WHO FALLS UNDER THE AMNESTY OF "ILLEGAL IMMIGRANTS":
All Kyrgyz citizens who are in the Russian Federation with expired periods of stay.
To remove violations for illegal stay in the Russian Federation, you must come to any Department of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation ( FMS) where they will receive a new LEGAL MIGRATION CARD .
After that, they MUST register for MIGRATION within 30 days (i.e. make a LEGAL TEMPORARY REGISTRATION).
Migrants will not be eligible for amnesty:
those who are on the wanted list of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Bailiffs
Those who are obliged to leave the Russian Federation due to a decision on deportation or restriction of entry.
